Services & SacramentsServices are held on Sunday's at 11:00 AM Our worship services are a reflection of what Mount Calvary Lutheran believes, teaches and confesses to be true about God, His Word and about ourselves as His Children in Jesus Christ. In worship we believe that our Lord comes to us through Word and Sacrament, It is through these means that He forgives our sins and strengthens us in faith, in love and in service to Him. Our worship begins with a time of confession and absolution. We then follow the historic liturgy of the church which includes readings from the Bible appointed for a particular week and a message or sermon based on one of those readings. The service also includes the singing of Christian hymns and songs as well as prayers for all people and especially for those in need. Twice a month our service includes the celebration of the Sacrament of the Altar or The Lord’s Supper, a precious gift instituted by Christ Himself through which He gives us His true body and blood for the forgiveness of sins. We invite you to come and join us for worship and be blessed by God “who so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son.” What Lutherans Believe.
